Fundraising Pack for the charity, 2wish

Overview

I worked with 2wish to create a fundraising pack designed to support individuals, groups, and organisations looking to raise money and awareness for the charity.

Fundraising plays a vital role in enabling 2wish to continue delivering its services, supporting families affected by the sudden loss of a child or young adult.

The aim of the pack was to bring together key information, guidance, and messaging into a format that felt clear, approachable, and easy to use, helping supporters feel confident in getting involved.

Process

The starting point was understanding how the pack would be used.

Fundraising can take many forms, from small community events to larger challenges and campaigns.

With that in mind, the focus was on creating something flexible, a document that could support a wide range of activities while remaining simple and accessible.

Content was structured to guide users through the process, breaking down information into clear sections and ensuring that key messages were easy to find and understand. Visual hierarchy and layout played a key role here, helping to balance information with readability.

At the same time, tone was important. The design needed to reflect the charity’s identity, supportive, approachable, and human, while still feeling professional and considered. This balance ensured the pack could be used confidently across different contexts, from individual fundraisers to corporate partnerships.

Outcome

Two fundraising packs were produced in English and Welsh, providing 2wish with a practical and versatile resource that supports both awareness and participation.

It brings together guidance, messaging, and visual identity into a single document, making it easier for supporters to understand how they can get involved and contribute.

As a result, the pack helps to strengthen the charity’s ability to communicate its work clearly, while giving fundraisers the tools they need to represent 2wish with confidence and consistency.
